WHY DONATE TO BIRMINGHAM LGBT

We have been working with and for the LGBT community in Birmingham for over ten years now, lobbying and campaigning for equal rights and access, supporting and developing LGBT community groups, promoting culture, events, activities and developing services to meet the needs of the LGBT population. Above all everything we do aims to challenge discrimination and support the LGBT community. As we move into the new ‘Birmingham LGBT Centre’ we need your support more than ever so we can continue all our great work in the community. (click here for a list of our past and current work).

Examples of things your donation would support

Over one year, £4 per month, would provide an hours session for an older LGBT person with a support worker.

Over one year, £10 per month, would pay for our LGBT awareness session in schools.

Over one year, £25 per month, would allow us to provide free meeting space for unfunded LGBT community groups.

Over one year, £50 per month, would pay for an event at the SHOUT cultural festival.
